Get it in writing. Every estimate lists:

• Quantity
• Processes and specs
• Materials
• Features and tolerances
• Masking
• Paperwork: bag and tag, certs
• Delivery or rush

No mystery parts. Every shipment needs: 

• A paper copy of your PO, referencing our estimate number
• A pack list
• Parts labeled with part number, or name and description
• Return shipping instructions
