Space-grade tin-lead. 60/40 and 90/10 Sn/Pb alloys for high-reliability hardware.
Whisker mitigation. Lead in the deposit inhibits tin whisker growth.
Solder and reflow. Excellent solderability and reflow characteristics.
Shock and vibration. Lead helps solder joints withstand shock and vibration.
Uniform matte finish. Smooth grey-white deposit across a wide current range.
